ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°å is hosting its 2nd Annual Give Day 5K Fun Run and Walk. This event will kick off the University's annual Give Day celebration for the year 2025. Give Day is a 24-hour period of fundraising benefitting ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åampa’s scholarship fund for current and future Spartans.Ìý
The 5K Fun Run and Walk will take place at the University of Tampa. Runners will enjoy a picturesque race route throughout our campus, Plant Park and along the Hillsborough River, with views of downtown Tampa. This will be an exciting evening filled with Spartan spirit you won’t want to miss. Each participant will receive a medal, race bib and event T-shirt. Enjoy music, food, non-alcoholic beverages and ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åampa swag at the finish line.
Race participants will have a chance to win prizes (Starbucks, MacDintons, Oxford Exchange, American Social and more),Ìý by placing in their category, being the most spirited, having the largest team, etc. Come dressed in your best ÂÌÅ«Ì컨°åampa gear for a better chance! Bring your family and friends to join us for an evening of fun, fitness and philanthropy.Ìý
On the day of the event please park in the Cass Parking lot (#69 on the campus map), Plant Hall Parking Lot, Thomas Parking Garage, or West Parking Garage.ÌýRace check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Chiller Parking Lot (near #60 on the campus map) and the race itself will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. You will not be allowed to park in the Chiller Parking Lot, as this is strictly for the race check-in/staging area.
