Perspectives on Conflict and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Edesa Scarborough specializes in the area of first-year student persistence and academic success, with specific focus on first-year student retention. She has also taught courses in the area of alternative dispute resolution/mediation.
Scarborough has 35 years of experience in higher education administration. She has been involved in the area of first-year academic success and persistence for over 25 years.
Scarborough has written several journal articles as well as presented at several national and international first-year conferences on the topic of First- Year student success.
