Learning Tool requests are divided into 3 categories, which determine the review process and deadlines:
- Publishers/Current Applications:Publisher learning tools can be added for the Summer, Fall, or Spring semesters. Applications are due March 15 for install by Summer, June 15 (for Fall), and October 15 (for Spring). If you are requesting an LTI for an application ū컨ampa is already using with a full site license, it would also fall into this category.
- Funding needed:The first step to requesting an LTI at ū컨ampa is to obtain funding. Typically, you'd request funding from your department, college, or the Provost's Office depending on the usage of the LTI/application. Once you've secured funding, the LTI request falls into category 3. This means, applications requiring budget must be requested by September 15th and would not be available until the following Fall semester if approved (approximately 23 months later).
- Student-funded/funding approved:Applications are due annually by March 15th. Approved applications are available for the Fall semester.
Review Committee:ITS Academic Solutions, Information Security, ū컨ampa Online, Provost and Deans
